Imagine building out a thriving online business that is inclusive and authentic in its support of a diverse background of clients, AND brings fulfillment and financial freedom to your life.
Then you must be what they call an Inclusive Entrepreneur...
What is an Inclusive Entrepreneur?
en·tre·pre·neur
/ˌäntrəprəˈnər,ˌäntrəprəˈno͝o(ə)r/
a person who organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so.
so, an inclusive Entrepreneur is...
a person who organizes and operates a business that is non-exclusionary in practice, while taking on a greater than normal financial risk in order to do so.
why is this so important?
because making the decision to run a business using "standard business strategies" has just as much of a risk as running a business using Inclusive Strategies.
the key:
running an ethical, inclusive business and getting the proper training to do so, increases your ability to work with all folks ethically, no matter their background.
this is where The Inclusive Entrepreneur™ hops in to guide you through this journey!

a sneak peek of the modules:
week one & two // Unpacking Implicit Bias and the Importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
As a cohort, we'll dive deep into exploring our own identity, privileges, personal implicit biases, experiences, our personal value pillars, and how it all intersects with our ego as human beings and entrepreneurs.
week three & four // Proactive Activism in your Business policy and practices
We'll be tackling our business value pillars, investment & hiring practices, partnerships, diversity and inclusion statements, and creating an affirmative action business plan during weeks three and four.
week five & six // I.D.C. over Sleazy Sales: Building your Ideal Dream Community for Sustainability
The module with one of the most unconventional activities in the program, we're going to be visualizing, designing, and laying down the framework for our businesses as we start creating our sustainable, inclusive, dream community. You're going to need a hard hat and your creative cap for this module.
week seven & eight // Accessible Product Suites and the Traffic Light Client System
Product suites are still a foreign concept, even to the most experienced entrepreneur. We'll be breaking down Accessible Product Suites and The Traffic Light Client System to identify what digital products and programs will be best for your community members as they move through their journey learning from and working with you.
week nine & ten // Inclusive + Ethical Money Methods for Sustainability
In combination with my recent workshop, Inclusive + Ethical Money Methods (which mentees will receive as a bonus), you'll be given various tools and spreadsheets to figure out your product pricing options, ethical payment plans, income projections, and steps to set up a proper scholarship or support fund for your business (and which one you should look into based on how you identify).
week eleven & twelve // The Social Entrepreneurs Guide to Inclusive Community Growth
The final weeks will be tying everything together, covering basic inclusive marketing strategies to initiate full implementation on relaunching your business, authentic content creation, community metric tracking, and pulling all of your materials into your business portfolio to receive feedback from me, and your program colleagues.

hi, I’m vp wright.
i’m a certified life coach, Sims playing, Harry Potter obsessed, mompreneur of two, who specializes in diversity, equity, and inclusion within online community-based businesses.
the steps i’m teaching in this program are the same steps I used to build my six-figure community-based business in less than a year.
i never had to rely on ads to bring in my next round of mentees because i knew i had a community i loved that wanted to work with me, organically.
i never had to worry about running into a situation where a community member felt ostracized or excluded because i knew my values and business ethics aligned with my practices as an entrepreneur.
and i always knew i had consistent monthly recurring revenue coming into my business because my product suite structure supported my business growth while meeting my community members where they were at in their journey of learning from me.
after the release of my workbook, “Inclusive Strategies for your Coaching Business” was released, I received a multitude of requests to help others learn how to apply the strategies taught within the workbook to their business, thus, The Inclusive Entrepreneur™ came to be.
